Course Syllabus

Welcome to reading class!  This class is designed to improve your reading levels.  We will be reading and/or writing every day.  Your assignments will consist of reading Newsela articles, reading short books, and responding to the writing prompts associated with them. We will also watch CNN 10 on Fridays and have a written response to current news.

Along  the way, you will incorporate reading strategies that will make reading more enjoyable and improve your reading scores.
